LEARN TO ROW

Whether you’re looking to get fit, meet new people, or simply try something new, rowing is an excellent sport for adults of all ages and fitness levels. It’s a low-impact, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, builds strength, and reduces stress – all the while enjoying the great Colorado outdoors!

For classes two, three and four, participants should come prepared to spend time on the land and in a rowing shell at Lake Nighthorse.
